Registration Times & Location

Registration will begin on Saturday, 16 September, from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm and on Sunday, 17 September, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm in the Hotel Lobby. Please plan to visit the registration desk after checking in at the Front Desk.

On Monday and Tuesday, a registration desk will be in the Foyer near the General Session room from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Hospitality Suite

Should your room be unavailable upon check-in, we will have a Hospitality Suite available for your comfort.

The Hospitality Suite will be located in Viger (8th floor) on Saturday, 16 September 2017, 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm and in Riopelle (3rd floor) on Sunday, 17 September 2017, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Download the OFFICIAL 2017 PCA International Conference APP today. Go to your iTunes store or Google Play store and download to your phone or tablet, or you can login to the web App using your computer, using CODE: Montreal (computer access only). You must use the email address used during registration to sign in. If more than one person used the same email address, please contact us (Amanda Young or Wendi Kidd with the correct email address for each person attending, and we will set up their account. After verifying your email address, you will be able to create your own password and login to your account. CBSA requires everyone seeking admission into Canada to properly declare themselves to CBSA by providing accurate identification. CBSA will accept a valid passport as proof of citizenship.  

To facilitate border procedures it is recommended that exhibitors, carriers, all organizations, attendees (who are NOT Canadian Residents) be provided  a copy of this letter for presentation to a CBSA Border Services Officer upon their arrival to Canada.


Final Night Dinner

The Final Night Dinner and Reception will be held at the illustrious Theatre St. James, Tuesday, 19 September 2017, from 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm. We will meet on the 3rd floor promptly at 6:00 pm and walk over together. The theatre St. James is just a short 1 block walk from Le Westin. For those people who require disability accessible transportation, a bus will be provided.

Normal business casual attire is acceptable for all events. Jackets are not required, but if you feel more comfortable wearing a tie, then by all means do so.

Sunday networking rooms Viger and Palais, located on the 8th floor, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

 We have reserved the 8th floor, Riopelle (3rd Floor), and Victoria (3rd Floor)  for unlimited networking opportunities. These networking rooms will be available Monday - Tuesday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Taxis and Limousinesrd

You can get a taxi or limousine at the arrivals level near the central exit located in front of the cloakroom, where a dispatcher will assist you. No reservation is required. All taxi and limousine operators working out of Montréal–Trudeau are required to have a permit and to comply with its terms and conditions. Occasionally, during periods of excessive demand, Aéroports de Montréal may call on outside operators.

Limited mobility: A certain number of adapted taxis are available at Montréal–Trudeau. Speak to the dispatcher.

Taxi fares: Fares by meter for all other destinations except downtown.  Minimum rate of $17.

Limousine fares: For all destinations other than downtown, click here.  (French only).

Payment methods: Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards are accepted. Some drivers accept U.S. currency but provincial regulations require customers to pay in Canadian currency.
